I wish to thank you an outstanding customer service experience!  My daughter Kristen and I traveled to the East Valley from Tucson a few weeks ago with the intent to purchase a slightly used Ford Mustang.  Kristen had not had the had the experience of purchasing a car from a dealer and was quite excited as well as a bid apprehensive.  With lots of preparation work competed we were driving north to another Phoenix Ford dealer to purchase her car.  The deal looked great, perhaps too good, as we made the drive my telephone rang with news that her dream car was sold.  This was an hour after confirming with the salesman that our drive was solid, the car would be ready and would be held for our review and purchase.  As we were 80 miles into our journey, I begin calling Ford dealers in the Phoenix area seeing if we could recover from this disappointment.  From here the story gets positive!

Cold calling your dealership I reached Jim Hairston.  He explained that he indeed had a couple of Mustangs that might meet our requirements.  As such, our first stop was your dealership.  Jim was polite and answered our questions.  The price seemed fair but we needed to assure ourselves we were finding the best deal.  We spent the next six hours shopping at four other Ford dealerships.  Here is what we found - no one was as professional as Jim and the folks at San Tan Ford.  Your price was good.  Our customer experience was rock solid at San Tan - something we did not experience at the four other dealers.  Enjoying a very late lunch my daughter suggested we return and see Jim.  She trusted him and wanted to do business with him.  So back we drove to the place we started - your fine dealership.

The next three hours were fun!  We test drove the car and agreed it was the right one for Kristen.  She had her budget - so we went to work on the "deal".  She was able to see how positive negotiations can be and to even three weeks later, we both believe she paid the right price for a wonderful car.  As I said, the whole process was fun.  Jim was our friend, he provided guidance and education on your product.  I've purchase new cars from Mazda's to Jaguar's to BMW's - never have I been so well respected and fairly treated.  

As a father, I thank Jim and your team for showing my daughter the "RIGHT WAY" to provide customer service during a car purchase.  My daughter learned from this and will forever use this as a benchmark as she grows and buys cars, homes and other high value items.  From my heart I say - Nice job, thank you and keep up the great work!

     I have recently purchased a 2010 Ford Expedition Limited at San Tan Ford and wanted to take a moment and thank Dustin (Sales) and Nicole (Finance) at San Tan Ford for their outstanding customer service.  I was extremely impressed with my whole buying experience and particularly with Dustin and Nicole and how they treated me as a customer.  I am the owner of At Home Fitness, LLC and we sell rather high end fitness equipment.  We have 5 retail stores in the Phoenix Metro area and are constantly working with our employees to create a buying experience for our clients that is second to none.  My experience at San Tan Ford was exactly that; second to none!  You are a well run organization!
